MERGE Vision Statement:

Our vision is that students will MERGE in our building, on our trips, and in everything that we do and will become ONE with each other and with God.  John 17:21 (NLT) says, “I pray that they will all be ONE, just as you and I are ONE—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you.  And may YOU be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.”  As we MERGE together with God it is our vision that they will go out into their world and encourage others to MERGE their lives with Christ!

 

The Mission of MERGE is to:

• Love students exactly where they are but not leaving them there.

• Point them to Jesus in everything we say and do.

• Help them live out an authentic relationship with Christ that is their own.

• Connect them with other students and adults who have an authetic relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Equip them with the tools they need to change their communities for Him.

• Inspire them to live radical lives for Jesus Christ.

• Become one of the most friendly and welcoming Ministries in Muncie.

• We don’t want to leave them where we found them; we want them to experience powerful transformations through Jesus Christ and to serve Him with their lives!

• We want to encourage students through God’s Word, prayer, and community!

• We want to connect students with other relational students and adults who care and love one another and are living as a walking example of what a Christ follower should be!

• We want to equip students with the tools, knowledge, and faith to live out an authentic relationship with Christ!

• We are all about serving others in our community and world with everything we have and everything we are!

• We want to be very generous towards others with our time, money, and our lives!

• We believe that the Bible is the Word of God; it applies to our lives, and shows us how to live!

• We believe in the power of prayer and it is one way we can talk to the Father!
